Dr. Lichten has carefully selected his staff to ensure that you have the best experience possible as part of our practice. Education of the staff is a priority to Dr. Lichten. Each member of our staff has had extensive training in their particular areas of expertise, as well as specific training in plastic surgery and skin care. As a result, our staff is uniquely equipped to handle your plastic surgery questions and concerns. In addition, from the day we opened our doors, Central Ohio Plastic Surgery has been committed to providing the best customer service to our patients. When you call to schedule your initial consultation, we will be happy to answer any questions concerning our practice or your procedure of interest.

Whether it be answering your questions promptly or simply greeting you with a smile and personal welcome as you walk through the door of our suite, your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us.

Meet the Team

Chelsie, Receptionist

Chelsie is typically the first voice you will hear on the phone and the first face to greet you as you enter our office. She will schedule your initial appointment, process your paperwork and handle your initial questions. When you present for your appointment, Chelsie will take your paperwork, insurance information and collect any consult fees or copays. Chelsie will be happy to help you with any of your paperwork questions and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. Chelsie joined Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in 2024. She came to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge from Ohio State University Plastic Surgery, where she was the aesthetic program coordinator. It was there she found her passion for plastic surgery, which we were happy to continue.

Chelsie’s favorite family tradition is baking Christmas goodies with her daughters. Her favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffany’s and autobiography would be called “Caffeine and Chaos.” When Chelsie is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and tending to her 6 chickens.

Jill, RN

At your first appointment in the office, our nurse, Jill, will escort you to a consultation room and review your medical history with you. When you decide to schedule surgery, Jill will be responsible for setting the date and coordinating your care. Jill will use her expertise to help guide you through the surgery process from your initial consultation to your final post-op visit. Jill joined our staff in 2013 after spending 8 years as the plastic surgery service line leader at Fairfield Medical Center, so she brings both clinical knowledge plus plastic surgery practical experience to our team. Jill is an excellent resource for all of your clinical questions, and your pre-op and post-op care.

When Jill is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their children. They love to camp and boat at the Ohio River.

Krista, Aesthetician

Krista helps our patients feel beautiful and relaxed. She gets rave reviews from our patients for her technical skill at facials, dermaplanes, chemical peels and skin care assessments. Krista loves to teach our patients about their skin and helping them to achieve their best skin results. She has been very busy operating our Hydrafacial,  CoolSculpting and TriPollar devices. In addition to being able to answer questions about your visit, she is available to guide you through your skin care and body tightening questions. Krista is certified in Advanced Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Oncology Esthetics, Dermaplanes. She came to us as a former spa manager and area esthetics lead at Lifetime Fitness and a former Lead Esthetician for Massage Envy. When Krista is not in our spa, she enjoys spending time outside hiking with her family, off-roading with her jeep or curled up with a good book.

Andrea, Billing Manager

Andrea has been with Central Ohio Plastic Surgery since the day we opened. She is a Certified Professional Coder and she is the one responsible for handling our billing. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She is a fantastic resource for our patients with questions about financing and helping to review the various payment options we offer. For our reconstructive patients, Andrea has been a tenacious advocate for our patients with their insurance companies. She will be able to help you with your insurance questions and concerns.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son. Her favorite movie is the Godfather. She enjoys cooking, especially making “all things Italian.” If she were to write it, her autobiography would be titled “A Life Well Lived.”

Cheryl, Office Manager

Our office manager Cheryl joined COPS in January 2023. She brings with her over 25 years’ experience in the medical field as both a nurse and in practice management. Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations of the business including marketing, human resources, and the back office. She is happy to help you with any questions you have about your appointment, surgery, staff, or Central Ohio Plastic Surgery.

In her free time, Cheryl loves to travel with her husband, attending Columbus Crew games, getting out her camera for an urban photo shoot, or having family game night with her three adult children. Her favorite TV shows are The Office, Parks and Recreation and just about anything on HGTV.

Rachel, Practice Administrator

Rachel, the final member of our team, is the Practice Administrator. Like Andrea, she has been with our practice since the very beginning. Rachel oversees the management of the clerical aspects of the office, including finances and payroll. She can answer any questions you may have about your surgery, our staff or the office, in general. Please let her know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with Central Ohio Plastic Surgery.

When she is not working, Rachel enjoys traveling with her family, especially during the summer on Buckeye Lake. She enjoys reading, boating and volunteering at her children’s school. Her favorite TV shows are The West Wing and Ted Lasso. Her autobiography would be titled “More Coffee, Please.”
