This patient is a 74 year old woman who was post MOHS surgery. She came to Dr. Lichten to “fix a huge hole on the nose.” Dr. Lichten performed a forehead flap with a Vascular Preservation and Ear to Nose Cartilage Graft. That was followed two weeks later with a division and inset forehead flap. She was “very happy” with her results rating them a 5 out of 5. She thought the staff was “wonderful to work with, very professional and very thoughtful.”
