This 40 year old woman had previously had silicone implant breast augmentation but was unhappy with the size and droop of her breasts over the implants. She elected to have her implants removed and have Dr. Lichten perform a breast lift at the same time. She is shown 6 months following breast implant removal and mastopexy.
