This 50 year old female from Lancaster, Ohio had breast augmentation performed by Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery.  Her main concerns were that she had never felt that her small breasts fit her taller frame and that it was always difficult to find bras that fit.  She had bilateral breast augmentation to correct these problems, reverse the changes she experienced with pregnancy and release the tightness at the bottom of her breasts. She had 450 cc, Mentor, moderate plus profile, smooth walled saline implants placed through an inframammary incision into a pocket behind her pectoralis muscle.  She is very pleased with the results.  She feels proportioned for the first time in her life and is happy that her preoperative expectations were surpassed.
