This 85 year-old man was always concerned with the appearance of his “turkey-neck” and came to Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery to see if there was an option for him that did not involve general anesthesia. He did not want a full facelift and was only concerned with his neck. A direct excision Z-plasty neck lift was performed under local anesthesia and he could not be happier except he wishes he would have done this sooner. Results are shown at 6 weeks after surgery.
