This 43 year-old woman had previously undergone a breast reduction 11 years ago.  She then had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago when her weight was over 210 lbs.  After losing approximately 80 lbs to reach her goal weight, she was disappointed with the laxity in her abdominal wall and deflation of her breasts.  She consulted with Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in Lancaster to review her options for body contouring after gastric bypass and the changes associated with 5 pregnancies and this amount of weight loss.
