These virtual consultations allow us to meet with you in the privacy, safety and convenience of your own home or other preferred location. We are using www.Doxy.me, which is HIPAA compliant, so, as always, your privacy with us is assured.

The first step for scheduling is to complete the contact form below. These forms go directly to Dr. Lichten.
The form below will give us some basic information about you and help us to schedule at the time that is most convenient for you. Make sure to include your preferred days and time of day for the consultation. You can also call us at (740) 653-5064 during business hours and we will be happy to schedule the virtual appointment for you.

Before your consultation, please know your medications, medical and surgical history, so you can discuss them with Dr. Lichten.
Write down any questions you have for Dr. Lichten.

Please be sure to be clothed when we start our visit. If your area of concern is your breasts, then a robe or button down shirt can be opened. Please keep lower garments on. For tummy tucks and torso CoolSculpting, the lower back/torso will be examined.
In virtual consultations, as always in our practice, all medical history, information and photographs that you provide are treated with confidentiality and respect. We undergo periodic training to ensure that we are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other related Privacy Rules and Regulations.
